Face it, folks. When you look at untapped North American TV markets, Toronto's at the top of the list. Plus, the SkyDome (er....Rogers Centre) will allow for an open roof, should the weather somehow permit it.

of course, it is swofford. but implies leaning to existing bowl games to host 1st 2 games, bidding out championship and selection committee/ranking to choose 4 w/ weight given to conference champions in selection criteria....at least for today.
