Actually, from the article:
TCU does not acknowledge they owe anything.In the lawsuit, the Big East says it has "made demand for the payment owed under the Agreement, but TCU has refused to make that payment or acknowledge its obligation to do so.''
Given the Orange Bowl's current alignment with the ACC, our champ may still get the Orange Bowl unless the Orange dissolves that relationship. The Sugar and Fiesta appear to have lost their AQ bids to Jerry Jones so, yeah... I would say those bowls will pick at larges. I would, however, bet money that in most years the SEC's next team, after the Jerry Bowl, will be in the Sugar Bowl and the Big XII will still place a team in the Fiesta most years.
