At least lawyers love the BE. BE is the only conference where law suit settlements is one of the major income line items.

IMO, TCU probably had every right to walk and not pay. The BE that TCU thought it was joining, ceased to exist shortly after TCU agreed to join the BE. I think it's obvious the BE isn't as strong post Pitt & Syra compared to before they left.
