Definitely wasn't talking about you, 82. Your follow-on question was fair play, I thought. I just borrowed your phrase of "basketball guru" which probably made it confusing. Sorry for that.

Let me try to elaborate on what I was talking about in terms of things to look for:

1) Accountability with respect to defensive lapses and poor shot selection
2) Running on offense as an ethos (i.e. not just after turnovers or as circumstances allow, but as a primary objective)
3) Taking shots early in the possession (I mean, this clearly represents a massive change in paradigm)

These would all be very easily recognized differences in our style of play and personnel management, I think you would probably agree.
