Rec'd 2nd such letter in a month yesterday. Like you, we have donated Oct-Dec for at least the last 5 years, maybe longer. When I review my HC point summary, it seems to be correctly calculating the consecutive point balances. Did they mention a point area that could be suffering? TIA
