If the playoff is a top 4 model, the other 4 conference winners would have an immediate adavantage over a 1 loss ACC team, records being equal. I also thik that a 2 loss sec would get in over a 1 loss ACC team in many if not most years. This is the reason we have to go to the SEC if given the opportunity. While there we could get in by going undefeated, what are the odds we do that?
We are the 5th best conference today maybe. At the end of the day if we start winning as a conference we will not be the 5th best. We have the ability to be pushing to be the best. We have 4 national names in Miami, Tech, Klempsun, and the Noles. If some of the teams that should be good can wake up like UNC, Maryland, and GT then we would have a great conference. It is all dependent on the league winning.
