The campus can't afford to lose parking. It has always been an issue, and a parking garage in that parking lot will be a good thing.

Put it where the tennis courts are. It is close (closer than the current facility) to the football facilities and the trees are saved. Tennis courts could be located somewhere else.

The bball practice facility, new indoor practice facility, Cassell, and Lane in the background would be impressive.
