Just wonder the status of the BE now if they had split the football playing from the non-football playing teams, and formed an actual "all sports" conference back in the 90s. Possibly add another team (or two) such as Cincy... Really think it would have been much more stable than that train wreck of a conference in it's current form. Either that, or what would have happened if Joe Pa had gotten his way in creating an all sports conference... What would have been...
