Boy are you reading things backwards. I'm saying there is NO article or rumor indicating that the SEC hierarchy and power structure is open to taking up any expansion decisions this year. Zero. Zilcho. Nobody is attributing anything to the SEC bigwigs indicating they are interested in making further expansion decisions right now.

Unlike all the patter in B12 country, there is nothing down South. My point is, all the talk about VT going to the SEC if this happens, or that happens, or doesn't happen ignores the fact that nothing indicates the SEC is going to take up the subject right now, certainly nothing even approaching the B12 patter.
