Has there been a specific statement or even a hint from SEC or a member school that the SEC is going to expand, and, if so, they should invite or at least consider VT or VT along with others -- anything, something, has any SEC person actually said anything. Never mind the 'everybody knows' or 'they'd be fool not to...etc.' crap. Specific words. What. By whom.
