I think there are things we can do to improve the ACC from the perspective of FSU and Clemson. We could take some of the Duke games off of their schedule and replace them with VT, UNC, GT, or UVa games. We hardly ever play either of those two. In fact, the ACC should put us against one of either FSU or Clemson every year. Why not have your biggest teams playing each other more?

And if it really comes down to it, we could pull a Big East/Temple and boot Wake Forest in favor of whoever FSU (and Clemson) thinks makes a better opponent (USF, Rutgers or Louisville would all be a decent step up). I would hate to have that happen, but this is a serious situation. It would improve the league in several ways with respect to the complaints from FSU (too Carolina-centric, too many dog home games, not enough good football programs).
