And Woody speaks out with all his wisdom on the matter of Tech to the SEC.

Terrible article. Makes no mention of what would trigger VT leaving the ACC (FSU and Clemson leaving). That guy acts like the Tech is contemplating leaving the ACC just for the heck of it.

LOL why would he think that VT would want ODU in SEC? LOL I agree with him to a point but ODU of the future might be and issue. Got to see it happen first but they are located in a special place. I am sure that school is being watched. I tell you this the longer time goes by could ECU be a target of SEC? Watch the facilities being built there. VT might not have a choice one day. Of course maybe the ACC would get better. Who knows? One thing that will happen is SEC will always try and get into this market. Could they even consider UVa? Big 10 to. ACC may survive but survival is not the key. Making the conference strong and everlasting is the issue. Or you will be on lifeline Big East style forever. Not good and not lasting.

That is Woody. If he writes an article that's useful, it's pure blind luck.

Just repeats points often made here by pro-ACC posters. He's pro-ACC and entitled to his opinion as a writer. Didn't make my temperature go up even a half degree.

Better get used to hearing these, by the way, because they very well might be repeated, or most of them, very soon by the people who count--Steger, Weaver, Beamer, et al.

I can't go back and look, but I bet he was anti Tech in the ACC during the expansion that took in Miami, Tech, & Fredo.
