Received two subpoenas to testify in a civil trial, one from each side in the dispute. Subsequently I received a letter from one of the attorney's stating: "The case has settled. Your appearance is no longer required."
Do I need to do anything else to ensure I do not violate a court order by not appearing? What is my remaining legal obligation?
