you count bowl game the same as regular season games, right there is your problem. how many of those schools take tons of fans to KY games in KY? my guess is not a bunch of fans, regular season game, money is not unlimited for anyone. Although i agree it is much easier to travel from a southern schoold to another southern school that may be a few hours away, slightly differnet when you are talking a 20 hour drive or flying into roanoke and renting a car to the burg. Yes some schools travel well and especially when it is one off games, not ordinary regular season games played every other year.
