I think you could design it to add more than a few thousand seats. You don't need all the "wasted space" of boxes and lounges like in the SEZ (nice, but not efficient use of seating capacity IMO). As to the practice fields, use all of it...You could just bulldoze those trees behind the East Stands and build the Practice Facility right there....................duh, uh...OK...NEVER MIND (that's a powder keg for another day)...
