ZEKE, I respect your opinion and understand your logic that Tech and other schools might spoil the water by taking the kid. However, we seem to be losing a critical point here -- the kid wants to go to college now, not later -- which, I believe is his right whether his coach or any of us like it.
Using your logic no school should take him, which amounts to "blackballing" or at least coersion. For what purpose -- kids change their minds all the time?

Coach Meyer needs to move on and not make the situation worse than need be. JMO
