Anyone know of any opponents we play in 12-13?

Try looking at the basketball drop down menu and clicking on future schedules. We play Iowa in the ACC/Big Ten challenge.

The exempt tournament where we play in Vegas for the last 2 games of 4 will have Colorado State as our first opponent and either Portland or someone else out West as the second opponent, depending on results of the first Vegas game...Our first two games in that event are in Blacksburg and will be Georgia Southern and Mississippi Valley State...

sorry my memory is messing with me on the fourth team in Vegas...Perhaps it will come to me later. More likely not..lol

Wow. Not that it will matter this season, but those aren't exactly SOS or RPI builders.

Yep true but it is what it is. There are OOC games with Iowa, Ok St, BYU, WVU,Rhode Island (hopefully bounces back)as well. The two Blacksburg games are the two weakest games OOC on the schedule and as far as I know, the OOC games in that exempt arent fully of your choosing. At least as I understand it, but I could be mistaken. Perhaps different exempt events take a stronger role in determining teams...A Colorado State and Bradley wont hurt your RPI either...A VMI, ETSU and Appy for instance wouldnt be as weak as the opening 2 exempt teams in Blacksburg....

Mostly, we have to remember that the conference goes to an 18 game schedule this season, so two of your previous OOC games have been replaced with 2 additional conference games in all truthfulness..
