I think he liked Seth a lot, or so it seems. I think that was the main/only reason he chose Tech in the first place. So even if he had come here this year, there was a good chance we would have lost him after next year anyway because Seth was very likely to be canned then had Weaver elected to retain him for one more year.

At any rate, it's college basketball recruiting. There are always plenty of things going on behind the scenes that we don't know about.
