my oldest child is going to Tulane starting this fall for her Phd. need to find and apartment/rental hopefully starting in August. need any leads or locals to help us/advise us. Thanks.

thought of that but wanted something a little safer, dont't know that her concealed carry permit is allowed in New Orleans, haha
