I can't see any expanding major conference wanting Miami. They are more screwed than anyone if major conference expansion goes down. You may be right about Duke (and UNC) though. The SEC would then posses 3 or the top 5 storied programs in the country. And they can afford to take on another stinker football program like Duke and it won't impact their football reputation much.

There have been rumors that we had our opportunity for conference stability last year with a move to the SEC. I hope we didn't miss our opportunity by being reactive and waiting for things to blow up around us.
