We have made great strides in research
The problem is cancer is a broad term for a group of diseases that behave the same. That is why there is no cure.
We have done well in some areas (i.e. prostrate), but a long way to go.
It is like calling any brain disease, dimentia, when we know there are many types of diseases that effect the memory.

Cancer is awful just lost a loved one to pancreatic cancer. The family is in our thoughts and prayers.
