Was Do-Do the highest ranked VT basketball recruit ... of all-time???

* Dorian-Finney was the #6 small-forward by Scout.
* He was the #8 S-F by Rivals and 31^st overall.
* ESPN had him 15th overall.

So was Do-Do actually higher ranked than say Dell Curry? Or "bimbo" Coles? Or Dale Solomon? And everybody else? If "yes" that would make Do-Do the highest ranked VT men's basketball recruit ever --right?

I know he never played a minute for VT, but IIRC he was a pretty highly rated recruit, possibly even a HS All-American...
