It isnt like every 300 year old oak would come down or even most. Another example of the media (Roanoke Times) reporting one side of the story. If it was a good number of the 300 year old white oaks, I would be on the side of saving them, but I think to get all bent out of shape over (1) tree is verging on the side of tree-huggin. All my opinions.
