I don't know where to rate NASCAR anymore, maybe dead last. Over the last few years there have been so many embarrassing moments. Last week in Richmond in a race that was almost devoid of position battles and had no accidents they went to a caution with 15 or so laps because of an empty water bottle on the track. No reason for that whatsoever. Completely changed the outcome of the race which Stewart would have won handily. NASCAR is a mess now.

just saying that you don't see any chunky F1, GP or supercross folks. : ) If the total weight of an F1 car is 1400lbs, having a 180+lb Tony driving next to a 140-150lb Vettel would make a big difference in that venue if I had to guess.

I assume you are replying to me (please use "Reply with quote"). Yeah I guess you could call it that. Busch, who had fallen 3 seconds behind Stewart over the previous 30 laps, had no chance of catching Stewart but during the caution with about 13? laps to go, had a better pit stop and restart on fresh tires and ran away to victory over the last 10 laps. It was a travesty.

NHRA Drag Racing (unshun inside) is my favorite motor sport. Open pits, different race every minute or so, lots of horsepower, many different vehicle types to choose from. Sad day for me when NHRA pulled out of Richmond.

Rank F1 second and Indy 3rd. NASCAR ranks dead last IMHO.Last edited by Hokieman1987; Sat May 05 2012 at 09:49 AM.
