Is he a players coach, or is he someone that gets recruits by winning on the court first?

I really hope we can get a guy that can recruit - and not just really skilled players but also can recruit our needs. When's the last time we had a legit big man in the program?

Recruiting 5 power forwards per year won't work, even they are REALLY good power forwards.
