Do Maryland State Police wear clip-on ties?

If not I would recommend it for safety reasons. A dangling tie makes a great handle in a fight. Much better to let the clip on just "break away".

i like how they think a lot of buttons, patches, ties, and epaulettes make them think that improves their perception with the public.

Those accessories are there to protect the people from criminals impersonating police officers, dumb-dumb. If the uniform was just a plain shirt with nothing else, people would impersonate an officer all the time. Originally Posted by gern
