I'm pretty sure the part about Greenberg getting fired is true. I'm pretty sure the part about Weaver being the AD is true. I'm pretty sure the part about Gabbard bengthe asst. is true. I'm pretty sure most of the rest of it is true, too.
I'm not sure about what Seth was doing at the time. I'm not sure what time Weaver decided.

When is the last time VT has beat a great team, or even been in the game with a great team? I guess they stayed with USC for half, although anyone at that game could see the obvious discrepancy in talent on that field. Losing a close game to Boise St.?

Find me a fanbase of a great CFB program who would include VT in their elite category. VT is a nice program that does a lot with mediocre talent. Not great, just good. Sorry but, that's the national reality.

Well, to be exceptionally fair, if we are going to accept the evaluation of VT FB as "always good, never great," then using that same set of standards, VTBB would be "Never good, usually mediocre, sometimes bad."
