After further thought, no way the O/U is set at $1.1M. No way. More like $900K, maybe even lower.
Think about it. It's very, very unlikely that anyone even gets $1.4M per year out of Weaver. He would put an end to any discussion that suggested that.
In his narrow mind, he can go out and "get" Prohm or Taylor at $500K by doubling their salaries. So it's way more likely he hires someone for $500K than for $1.4M.
