I think the theme on the DL this fall will be heavy rotation. Who starts might be irrelevant.

There was a very dramatic drop-off in DT Production after A.Hopkins got hurt last year. Maddy is good, and may some day be great, but right now he's not the same player that Hopkins is (unless Hopkins gets hurt again). If you get a chance to rewatch the games with both Hopkins starting at DT, the inside push they got on rushing plays was phenomenal.

Maddy may be better at the end of his career, but A. Hopkins has the size, strength and experience to be our starter with Maddy providing the depth we've not had in a couple of years
