I got mine today from VTUD "don't sweat the small stuff". Actually my Dad told me that about 20 years ago when I was accused of dealing heroin and robbing a bank. Glad that all worked out!

For work....."If you do someone a favor twice, it becomes your job".
It's true. Really. Help someone out once, no problem. If you do that same thing for them twice (especially in a row), then you're going to own it.
