OOMA. End of story. $3.50 or $10 a month depending on what you want. downside is having to buy the ooma device. but for $200, it doesn't take very long to recoup your cost. cut that telephone bill a few years back and have never had an issue or thought about changing back.
My Verizon bill was +$150/month. Now it's <$50 for internet access. I've paid for the Ooma equipment in the 3 month's I've had it and no problems.
