500+ watch a sharp, determined group beat a really good Longwood team tonight in Farmville. The same LU team that split with UVA and upset #25 ranked Depaul earlier this year. Jazz was amazing earning the win in both games and Courtney Little hit 2 out of the park with one going across the road well over 250 feet and probably more. Coach Thomas used close to his entire roster and kept his usual calm professional self. Can't say the same for the LU coaches who really do a good job. Big hit in the 8th inning by Betty Rose for the game winner. Nice since she had a large contingency of family and friends in attendance. Thanks to the team for agreeing to play this road game. Fun watching the team being mobbed afterwards by young girls asking for autographs. Finally the clear leader in and out of the dugout is #12 Courtney Little.
