Unless he's saying that he's not on any lease period -- that he has no actual proof that he lives where his license says he lives.

True. If that's the case I sincerely apologize to india and fist bump him on his new relationship status.

I lumped the "lease" and "DC address" under the same statement umbrella.
More than 80% of the Lounge sorts by Last Post. You should, too.

P.S.: Not going over is not being considered.
Did you consider checking on this after the first one? or even after the second one?
I don't always talk to UVa Grads but when I do I always order the Large Fries.

You're right, it does! So India has no excuse at all:

If you live with someone and the lease, deed or mortgage is not in your name, you must provide all of the following:

A statement from the homeowner attesting to the fact that you reside at their home.
A copy of the lease, deed, mortgage or a current utility bill (60 days or less) in the homeowner's name.
A copy of the homeowner's drivers license or non-drivers identification.

You are correct, I read it as having a DC lease (which in itself does not make any sense) I just need my colleague (from whom I rent currently) to draw up a lease agreement (since we do not have one). Thank you.

Again, read the link. They explain how to justify if not listed on lease.
