Been doing it for about 2 years. It's great. I do miss the office environment every now and then, but my company's office environment isn't very good anyway. Need to be careful with:
1) distractions - pretty obvious
2) in an office environment, there's a clear line between your work life and your home life. Yes, most professionals still do work from home too, but there's a line. Either you are in the office or you're not. For me, this line doesn't exist anymore. When I have lots to do, I wake up, grab a coffee and head down to my home office and I may not come up again until late in the evening. That's not healthy. I'm working on it
