So much for the Broncos saying they would find him the best fit.

Tebow to the Jets -- I feel sorry for the kid.

No kidding, that is the worst place for him to go. Besides playing for Rex Ryan, he'll be in the middle of a locker room full of guys who don't care if they play or win. The media will be relentless, too.
I say he lasts two seasons before he is gone, possibly out of the NFL. Elway did him no favors.

He shouldn't. His employer is the Denver Broncos, not Tim Tebow. Tebow is being treated just like any professional athlete.... trades are part of his profession and he has zero say in where he goes or what he is traded for (unless there is a clause in his contract that says otherwise, which apparently he didn't have)

Glad to see him there and not in Jax. Tebow would have loved being here but it would not have been a good move for our team, regardless of the energy from our Gator-Jag fans. Gabbert has better skills to be developed into a franchise QB and with TT, we would have had to install a college style offense to make good use of his skills. Great kid, strong character, however not a long term solution to get our Jags to the next level. Not sure it will be a good fit for the Jets as their locker room is a disaster and bringing him in will only add to the limelight they will be under. Like I said, better their issues than ours.......

what makes you think any owner makes the moves on the future of what happens on the field. Can't tell me that Jax tickets wouldn't have gone up considerably and that is what owners want. Just having him for a year or 2 could have put fannies in the seats. I agree TT will never be a francise QB but hit the iron when it's hot and put the fans in the seats.

Not that I wish anything ill of Peyton (who I like), but would love him to retire from football one game into next season. I loathe Elway, and that feeling goes back to when he refused to play for the Colts coming out of college. Eddie isn't there, so Denver can go screw themselves!
