That makes three inches lost in two and a half weeks.
I still haven't stepped on a scale. I refuse to do that before my wedding band fits again. Using a purely unscientific estimating process, I would guess three inches could translate into as much as 28 pounds lost... which is actually pretty possible, given that I once dropped 33 pounds in 3 weeks.
Here's the backstory on that one:
I had gastric bypass surgery in 2001. At my three week checkup, I weighed in at 375 pounds. I was 408 right before surgery. That first round of weight loss, I dropped a total of 133 pounds and 14 inches over the course of about a year.
Anyway, all my current diet is is a return to the diet I was supposed to be adhering to as a gastric patient all this time. I lost my way and gained a lot of my weight back. So now I get to lose it all again.
So anyway, I estimated 133 pounds/14 inches = 9.5 pounds per inch, times three inches is 28.5 pounds. So anyway, I fully accept that I may not have lost that much weight yet, but it wouldn't surprise me if I have.
