And most of us who don't want Greenberg fired now say that if this bunch of kids doesn't go to 2 or 3 tournaments, he should be gone then. He would have failed with two groups of young players in a row, and he would be closer to the end of his contract anyway.
I think he should get 2 more years to make the tournament. This year's freshmen will be juniors, next year's recruits will have played one full year, and Raines will be a senior. However, if significant progress is not evident next year, then I think he should be gone. At some point, he has to be held accountable.
