It's interesting to see people you know (or, know of, having seen them on tv, watched their movies, bought their music, etc.), trying to handle varied tasks, in difficult situations, with the 'ax' hanging over them all the time.

I took a lot of 'literary license' here, obviously. I was imagining what an actual show in this kind of setting would look like (with a generous amount of silliness, of course).

It was frustrating last night, to see us like Wile E. Coyote, seeming to come ever so close to catching the Duke Road Runner, but falling short every time. I guess it was after working hours yesterday, so the bank was closed, at least our bank was. How many attempted bank shots of ours, bricked off of the rim?

This year, at least, we just weren't good enough. Maybe the next couple of years will see us do well, with the young team.

If not - I do wonder if Greenberg will survive.
