And no, I'm not going to have Bill Roth as an option.

Holy cow Patrick may be the worst in the business! The guy is awful, just plain awful.

I've always liked Elmore. I think he's starting to slow down this year (he's looking OLD), but he's still decent enough.

I'm so tired of Mike Patrick calling out the wrong players or play.

I tell you what, listening to Wes Durham and somebody else do the NCState game yesterday on the radio (Bill did the Maryland game first) made me thankful once again for Roth. Durham and his cohort probably spent a good 5 minutes of the second half (spanning a media timeout, no less) discussing how great Karl Hess is and how it was a shame that he's not calling the ACC tourney this year. Awful.

Consider the source. Durham is a Douche and so is Hess.

I kinda like listening to the ACC Network TV guys. They know the players better and do a better job (I think) of weaving things into the broadcast.

Honest question: How can ANYONE think that Hess doesn't suck? He is such a HORRIBLE official, quite possibly the absolutely WORST in the business... so what is all the uproar and confirmations from the higher-ups that he's "one of the best in the business"?? The guy SUCKS at officiating.

It really depends... Hogewood is abhorrent, but Brando I enjoy. Despite their alma maters, all of the color guys for ACC network are pretty good IMO (Bonner, Gminski, Alexander).

And, if it's Mike Patrick, then ACC Network all the way. Shulman might lean it back toward ESPN. So, like I said before, it really depends on the game.
