Man, the play from EG, DFS, and CR was really inspiring tonight.......makes me feel better about next season......

Was it Eddie that was having trouble with the high ball screens on defense? It just seemed like when he was in our defense turned into swiss cheese. Originally Posted by Hubman

Yes, JE cannot stay with his man and gets lost on ball screens. It is extremely frustrating just how out of position he gets. I just do not understand why there is such a disconnect on the defensive end. The same can be said for RB. RB and JE cannot play a full 35 seconds on the defensive end. Eddie is a shooter, but he's not quick enough to get his own shot, and not quick or strong enough to play great defense in the ACC....but in his defense, he's playing out of position because of lack of depth Originally Posted by Hubman

Agreed, although that last 1:30 was more stressful than it should have been. Still, it was a very nice win against a pretty good team.

God, inbounding the ball was so scary. That and when Brown touched the ball in the last minute or two. So many freshman turnovers, although I thought he played a better game than usual today. Originally Posted by Hokiestud
