Aw come on, this is a good thread with some rational discussion, and all you're doing is poisoning it and dragging it downhill.
In the interest of completion, I am including one other post of mine, which was in the same mini thread:

I'm telling you, if he leaves, we will have to re-hire either Stokes or Hussey (or both), or worse! There is absolutely no one with a grain of sense that would take the BB coaching job at VT. So be careful what you wish for.
I mean we have no tradition in BB and, OMG, we are in the boonies and the best players don't really care about the coach anyway, they are only are concerned about being in an urban evironment for 2 years before they move on to the NBA.
And if having a season like this and going to the NCAAT once per decade really is the end of the world for you...then maybe you need to reevaluate how important sports are...
We are what we are, and IT WILL NEVER CHANGE!
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, .......!!
And all you guys that are posting from their mom's basement, other Internet idiots, and delusional CSG HATERS need to just get over it.
Both posts were in a sarcastic vain, with the latter a collage of positions and rheteric of the folks that support CSG no matter what.
In fact, these kinds of posts are more or less out of character for me and were introduced deliberately in a thread that you were trying to have an intelligent discourse in, so that you might experience what I and others have to endure when making any critical comments about CSG whatsoever.
The fact is that I and others have been pounded to salt, in my case for about a year now, sometimes with language that clearly violates the TOS. In most cases, I have endeavored to not respond in kind.
So my request is that now that you have experienced this on a personal level, perhaps there will be an initiative to monitor this board more frequently, so we all can have a friendly discourse, and not just when you are a participant in a particular thread.
Of course, this is your website and you certainly are free to act upom my recommendation or not.
