There's a lot of stuff with Hokies on it. If given the choice of something VT branded or something not, which are you choosing? Some people have to have everything O&M, others pick and choose more.

I've got select items that I wear, but I'm past the days of wanting to be a billboard. I used to love that, but at one point I realized my weekly wardrobe consisted of so many 'brands' that I just had to back away. I was wearing some brand every day of the week. Not just Hokie stuff, but all kinds of stuff.
Now, I wear Hokie gear to every football and basketball game I attend. I also wear a Hokie shirt or jacket about 2-3 times a month otherwise. I now wear much more subtle/conservative VT gear in all occasions. A white button down shirt with a maroon VT outlined in orange on the pocket? That kind of thing. A solid maroon or orange golf shirt with contrasting VT or Hokies logo. None of the bold Nike stuff. Just not me.
To each their own...
Addendum - I have a Lunchpail print and a Cassell print in my home. I have a couple of VT flags I fly in September for football. I've got one Gobblerhead logo on my car. That's all my VT bling.Last edited by crooked road; Wed Feb 22 2012 at 11:08 AM.

I know it when I see it....but it all depends on the individual. IMO...painting your walls maroon with orange trim is "tacky". It's all about the presentation.
For example...in my *ugh* "man cave"...nobody is going to be confused about where I went to school or who I root for. But at the same time it isn't over powering or cluttered and I'm not going to have to repaint anything to sell the house.Last edited by vthokieq; Wed Feb 22 2012 at 11:32 AM.

Bit of a moratorium these days, but if I saw something I really, really liked ... yeah. Full battle dress for sporting events, but otherwise, I might where Hokie tee shirt for playing sports w/o realize I'm wearing it.
My next car will have cup holders that can accommodate a mason jar. That is all. - Ms Schwend

It's amazing critics of VT don't know how to spell 'wear'.
