They have one large dog, one medium dog as well and the dogs work in veterinary medicine, so yes they are tame and trained---will not destroy the home. What would be the pet deposit if the owner will consider? Also would the owner consider **** per month for immediate move-in? Please advise.

Obviously I'd be thrilled to get someone in there ASAP, but don't know how destructive a great dane can be. I do have great respect for vet med people. Any thoughts on whether this is a bad idea or for how much a pet deposit I should ask? At the moment, these are my only applicants.

All I gotta say is please let me know what your neighbors say if you do select them. 6 occupants including one horse. Shudder. I like dogs but I fear for your risk on this one. You will learn quickly the world of rental properties can be rewarding, but expect some nightmares along the way.
