Is transferring data from old computer (Vista) to new computer (Windows 7) something

Hopefully the files you're actually transferring are less than 50 GB. All you really need is your documents/spreadsheets/etc., pictures, music, videos, and any installer (exe) files you can't readily download for install on the new machine. Over wifi this will take hours. If you can connect both machines via network cable to your router it will be much faster.
