I also said that the small percentage of the process for which the selection is arbitrary, does not invalidate the entirety of the process as "arbitrary."
Don't forget the 80% of teams who play BAD enough to "not be on the bubble". I understand if we don't want to be subjected to the arbitrary process we need to either play good enough to be a lock or bad enough to not be considered... but my point is, SG can't just snap his fingers to make us good enough to not be a part of the arbitrary process. We both know he is giving it his all, fighting through unbelievable bad luck and surrounding circumstances, and has still vastly improved this program, as a whole.
