Wait! Last few days DF-S has been called everything from a recruiting mistake to a no-talent who will never help VT. I see those people are missing in here this afternoon.

Kudos to Seth and Coach Richardson for working with the young man, and for Doe Doe's work ethic...

Most of them are the same geniuses who pronounced Erick Green a "bust" two years ago.

Glad we held onto the win. Didn't want the individual and team progress we exhibited tonight to end up in the "moral victory" column.
DFS hitting a 3-pointer felt so good.
Rankin with two good shooting games in a row!
Davila playing hard again in the post and refusing to back down!
Raines showing the ability to move with the ball!
Eddie playing a pretty darn good all-around game!
Somebody better stop these boys!

I'm not missing
Yeah, DFS played a pretty good game this afternoon. He hit 62.5% from the field. 66.6% from 3-point land. If he can continue at something like that pace for the balance of the season I'll give him a gold star. But that "if" is a very big one. He's got to work like that in every game.
