Shows me your lack of judgement, not his
That game was an embarrassment to the sport of football. Yeah, it is an all-star game but it is a privilege. If you aren't going to play the game right then they should have declined their invite. I'm not a Rodgers fan but I actually think more highly of him due to his response to that terrible showing. I've seen pre-game walk throughs that have more contact than the Pro Bowl. Next year I think they should just cancel the game and have a banquet instead.

How dare he speak the truth.
I don't always talk to UVa Grads but when I do I always order the Large Fries.

I don't know why they keep playing that game. It's a complete waste. I don't blame the players for going half-arsed, and I don't blame Rodgers for calling them out. IMO, do away with the game, and just have some sort of awards show. I bet more people would watch.

12 million people watched the Pro Bowl.
Im not sure why people are shocked or surprised. Every other All-Star game is the same way. Its the most violent sport in the world and people think theyre going to go all out in an absolutely meaningless game at the end of the season. Rodgers comment of "More people are injured going half-speed" is utter BS. How many players get hurt in the Pro Bowl? Its absolutely 0 every year.
Do away with the game? Its supposed to be fun. Come to Earth folks.

Difference is that the risk of injury is too much in this all star game. In the NFL, these guys just want to get home, and I don't blame them one bit. The game was down more than 8% from last year. They may have gotten 12M viewers on NBC, but the draft got 6M on ESPN. I think an awards/highlight show would do fine.

I guess he can be a d-bag but I wouldn't slam him for that.
