Coaches don't coach for "next year" though. If Seth thinks fundamentals are holding the team back this year, he'll emphasize that. If not, he'll emphasize whatever he thinks gets the team wins this season.

I'm betting on toughness and defense, not (offensive) fundamentals, because that's who he is to his core.
