It is, but I don't see why the rumormill hasn't picked UConn. It has been established that UConn was the second most valuable TV team available after Syracuse. Why wouldn't UConn be rumored to go to the Big 12 with Louisville instead of Rutgers? Originally Posted by 4x4hokies

ND being brought into ACC be Denny Crum U. Just ask 'em, they'll tell you that Duke has approached the Cardinals to be the model ACC institution.
Oh yeah, I hate that friggin school and it won't go away any time soon.
