Okay, I updated the icon to something that is definitely darker. Right click on the picture, do "View Image" or "Show Picture" or whatever your browser calls it, and when you're looking at the image, hit reload. Then return to the board to see it in action.

In the future, I can change them to something totally different, but this is a stop-gap measure to help.
That helps. If you could make them black it would be even better.
